I paid bribe to a newly recruited home guard for not carrying insurance paper...he asked to pay rs900 fine...I think he dont even know how much is the fine for not carrying insurance paper..I know that the fine is 200 and was ready to pay the fine.So I asked him to bring challan of rs900 to pay the amount..he got angry and said "Keep the bike here and go to traffic PS to collect the challan". At last he cooled down when I offered 40rupees and accepted hesitatingly saying that minimum amount should be 50rs.He might have accepted rs10 also..these type of people are appointed in the areas like banjara hills..even beggars are far better than him.
