Paid bribe to clerk, whois looking after chickmagalore DACG polytechnic related work in Technical Board bangalore. After completion of Diploma in 1999 I had collected the provisional certificate. After 10 years I went to college and asked the original certificate. college officials informed me that, the certificate sent back to board due to non collecting the certificate by holder and told me to pay Rs 150/- fees for obtaing original certificate from board, It takes 2 to 3 weeks to send by board. I agreed and Paid fees . I come to know that They will keep the certificate in college upto 2 years, if the holder doesn,t collect, they will send back originals to Board. After 4 weeks I went to college to collect the certificate, but It was not came yet. College officials told to go to board and pursue them. By the same time I got job offer in Oman, so I need it desperatly. I went to board with less knowledge about govt offices, there starts the task.
