Hi,
I have purchased flat in Hyderabad near Nizampet, as i was out of country property tax registration was due for 7 months. Once i returned and I requested for validation of property tax and assessment creation they have charged me 12000 INR where yearly tax amount is less than 4000 and remaining is charges and they didnt offer the receipt as well. Please be very cautious when dealing with municipality people.
