PAID BRIBE for customs clearance at ALLCARGO CFS

Just paid INR 10,000.00 for Clearing our Import consignment at All Cargo cfs. The official purposely asked us to check out the weight of container twice and did it too. even though its correct, he demanded INR 10K. So given to him.

Should any one take it this matter to Higher official.
