I had registered for aadhaar in month of feb which got approved in mar 13 and started showing that it will be delivered soon. It took almost 5 months to deliver the aadhaar card to my place. A teenage guy came to my home in july carrying my aadhhar and lot many other's as well. Aadhaar was not inside the envelope. He was holding it in his hand. when I asked him about the delay, the guy replied "sukra manao ki aa to gaya kafi dino se aise hi pada hua tha. ab lao kuch kharcha pani de do." when i denied he said you wont get it in that case. ultimiateley paid him Rs 20. Still he made a bad face and went away.
