Advocate ********** cell# - ******* who helps with Flat Registration asked for Rs. 10000 on top of his fee to pay bribe to Noida Authority and Municipal (or something) for Flat Registration. With this amount he got the flat registration done by visiting them on Sunday (a non-working day) and got relevant signature and seal done.
Without Advocate, I tried and went to office. The officers there refused to tell the process and kept me waiting for 3 hours. At last they said that I will need to come via this advocate.
