Paid bribe for issuing Commencement Certificate of Apartment Complex

XXXX from North Bangalore took the bribe. He said he will stop the work even though all compliances are followed strictly. Zero deviation but he will write wrong report and burden is on me to prove it right. It will take a lot of time and effort and contractors will not wait until I proceed for further work.
