Here, I am going to share my painful experience that I have in a gov office
On 10 Nov 2016 I went for UP PHARMACY COUNCIL , Lucknow for registration. My bad time started when I had to wait for 3 hrs though I reached there on time.
There were many officials and one has to pay every one as bribe from checking to passing and finally submitting the file.

There was a officer name Manoj ( I found it from their conversation) who demanded 10000 INR for registration though, fee was only 500 INR. As I was not local, I did not want to travel again, I started negotiation with him. I waited again 2hr and finally he agreed on 5000.

Now the worst to worst part of this. I was just second of demonitization. One can understand, how difficult it was to arrange that much in different city.
Some how I managed to collect the required amount and I paid.
That all about my painful experience.
I hope and teader and a dministrator would take this seriously and take it farther for justice.
