Paid bribe to get the approval for constructing the house

I paid a bribe of INR1000 to engineer, 500 to CMO, and 300 to clerk for getting the approval for constructing the house. It was in Pendra (distt- Bilaspur) in chhattisgarh. We waited for the legal approval for more than 2 months but we did not get any reply from them. After 2 months I went to talk to the engineer and explained the issue. However, after listenig to the whole problem she said I am busy right now please come tomorrow. I thought may be she is really busy and I went back to my home. Next day I waited for her to come to office she had given me a time of 11AM, and I was there by sharp 10:45 but she only reached office by 12PM. As soon as she came I again spoke to her, she bluntly said come tomorrow I am busy, I begged her but she did not listen to me. Next again again I went to her the Nagar panchayat office and I waited for her at the parking area, as soon as she came I asked her again, than she clearly told me that she needs bribe. Here is what exactly she said in Hindi: "Dekhiye, apko 100 Rs. shulk lagela". I thought may be she is talking about some other fee which I have to pay I asked her for what. She said "Nahi ye alag se lagega, hum logon ko bahut kam ********** padta hai". I was literally shocked, I felt like crying than the country where I live and which I love so much, these bluddy crap people are living here. However, I controlled my emotions and anger and gave her 100 Rs. She immediately went to her office and gave me the approval within 15 minutes. Then the clerk and CMO demanded money before handing over the latter to me. I had no option as I had to leave for Pendra on the same to to join my job back, and I did not want my parents to face any more such issues.
