Paid bribe to get the doctor's certificate on DL application

I went to the Unit 4 Govt hospital for my doctors certificate for my DL application.The doctor did not check any thing except the blood group and signed in the application form and after that his assistant asked me Rs.60 to stamp the application and hand it over to me.
