I had to pay Rs. 500 to get a driving license. The inspector asked for 700 bucks but then i bargained and he agreed on 500. The govt. officials were sitting with the agents and were taking money without any hesitation. There was no legal way to pass the exam. After paying they just gave me the papers of my license and said that your license has been issued and you will receive it in 7 days. Such practices should be stopped.
