I had gone to BBMP CSC at MG road to get Khata Extract and khata Certificate for my property. The officer incharge there took a print out of the same. The total amount according to rules is Rs 125. But since I didnt have change I gave Rs 1000. But the officer returned only Rs 450. On asking why was I charged Rs 550, he said that is the fees charged. He didnt entertain any further questions in this regard.
