Paid a bribe to get the passport for my family

After being thrown around here and there multiple times in the passport office, I was approached by and Individual Mr. X. He convinced me if I would pay him some 25K INR. In addition to that he also convinced me that otherwise it will take ages just to get your application in (which is true in most of the cases I have come across after that). I bargained and got him down to 15K. After I paid him the money - the treatment that I was recieving till date changed dramatically. One person came out of the office - checked my forms and took them inside (no getting in the queues) then came out after a few minutes and said "Ho jaayega sahab, dont worry sab set kar ********** hai".
And I recieved my passport in mail after 3 weeks ...
