Paid bribe for getting industrial clearances
The clearances from UP Pollution Control Board for NOC and/ or consents (both air & water)requires a fixed amount. For large & red category pulp & paper industries, the amount is fixed @ 700000 per company for both the clearances, 5 lacs for small/ medium industry. I paid the amount to the member secratary directly as he is the sole authority to sign the consents/ *******
