I paid a bribe of 40000 to Gurgaon property office to get sale deed for the apartment i bought. It was all very well organized. The property dealer got my papers typed from a shop outside the registry office. The person in the registry office told me that he will arrange everything and i will not face any problem in getting the papers done. Then when i said ok i will be thankfull then he asked for 1% of the property cost as bribe to get things done. I did not agreed and then tried things on my own. Nothing happened for two days and then I had no option but to give him the money and get the papers done.
