Paid Bribe For Giving A Flower To My Girlfriend

I had to pay Rs. 100 to two beat patrol cops, when I was giving a flower to my girlfriend. The two cops claimed that I was disturbing the peaceful surroundings of the place (residential area) and that residents have complained that girls and boys roam around the place and walk hand-in-hand in the area (something that apparently disturbs the public).

So I along with my girlfriend were caught in the moral policing web of Chandigarh Police and had to pay Rs. 100 to the two beat constables to avoid getting into more trouble.
