Hi,
I applied for regularization of my flat. my flat properly regularized and i get all permissions from the higher authorities. After getting the permissions, i went there to collect my regularized house plan. To issue that plan office boy there demanded for the amount. Simply to issue that plan. The plan is in his hands only. Until unless i pay the amount he didn't give the plan to me. It's a small amount even though i want to see bribe less INDIA. So, i am posting my problem.
