Clerk responsible was finding issues with information we provided saying that your mother died in Delhi Hospital so you will get certificate from Delhi, while we lived throughout our life in faridabad and cremation took place in Faridabad with a cremation certificate from crematory. when I asked him how much he needs to issue this, he asked for 250 rupees and issued me two original death certificates..
