Paid bribe to municipal for paying property tax and for completing pending work of sewerage.

Not only me the whole builing occupants bribed them with 5000 for giving property tax reciept and for completing pending sewerage work. Which is their responsibilty.But there for every thing we need to pay bribe things to be done.
