My Bro secured a seat in JNTU, HYD. Sticking to the Rules and Regulations we are suppossed to pay the Rs 10000/- amount towards Hostal fee for one year. In the Mean time, We Opted to second Counselling and my bro secured seat in ********** University,HYD. Prior to this change, we applied for the hostel money Refund. But asusually we were made to Roam around that hostel incharge and finally after 4 days we got our money back paying Rs 500/- as Bribe
