I want to get validity certificate for i being selected under reservation category,The social welfare extension officer demanded for 10000/- , i didn't pay him, he kept my file without attending it for about 6 moths. i remain salaryless since 9 months. he contacted me over phone, then managed to collect Rs 2300 by me utilizing my helplessness situation.
