I have paid rupees 350 to regular police (NOT traffic police) at thoraipakam of chennai for not having NOC. I have showed all other original documents like Driving license, registration, My office ID, Insurance. It was late night at 11 PM i was traveling to pick my brother who came from village. Even though the he is a regular police, as i dont have NOC he demanded 1500 fine to pay. I told i have all original except NOC. Told to pay rs500 as bribe and i negotiated for 350 and left.
