I paid 25000 Rs to a muncipal department for forwarding my hospital files to DHO office.. at last with a big fight they have passed it to DHO office and nw they r asking bribe of RS 10000 to get the inspection done and to give the registration copy.. unfortunatly i didnt give bribe in DHO office and my files are still in DHO office since 4 months.. and i feel ashame tat this evil is killing every 1.. so ihave decided that not to give any bribe to any 1..
