Paid bribe for Passport verifcation

I applied for passport in passport office. after one month time it came to home police station. In adjacent to my house there is an police constable who was wellknown for us. He used to deal this passport enquiry. he Came to me and told first i have to go to my area police station with Rs.100. There I went and gave all the particulars in which a lady was dealing with it. after verifying all my particulars he asked my that i should buy 1 rim of A4 sheets, then i gave Rs.100 from my pocket, she readily accepted and said ok (my 100Rs.digested that A4 shhet rim) after that it should go to the main office for that PC collected another 400 RS. He was a leech in collecting my amount very obnoxious person.Eventhough he was well known to me.
