My mother-in-law retired from government school in the month of April, 2013. She has been paying bribe to each & every line officials in the process of releasing pension. till now, she has paid more than 25,000 for pension processing. Even after six months, her pension has not been started and she is forced to live on others money. Very tough for a widow. She has been making rounds of each table and at every place she has to pay bribe.
