To get the passport, I had to pay Rs. 500/- to local police authority who came to my house and collected my documents. He asked me to come to police station. On going there, he asked me for something so the task could be expedited. I had to pay him Rs. 500/- while he demanded more. I convinced him somehow and managed with this amount,
