I was to recieve some documents from Delhi. But postman never brought our letters, parcels to us on time and there were some incidents when we never recieved our letters or parcels. Even after complaining to headmaster nothing changed. So i just called post man, gave him Rs 200 and the documents were brought the very same day when they were recieved by the post office
