I bought a Flat and the builder is one of the reputeted company, so as part of the flat cost he has asked me to pay Rs:30000 and I know atleast Rs:25,000 has been paid to registration department(Sri Rampuram, bangalore).But I'vent paid this personally, as builder's lawyer has taken care, but I know the amount has been paid to Sub registrar's team. So I've paid bribe indirectly
