Paid bribe for the regular work of BMC

After complaining to the local municipal department and after regular follow up they come to do work and on top of it demand a sum to do the work that they are already paid for by the municipal authority. When they came for work they first feel the need of contacting the person who has lodged a complain and after I went there they start the work analyse the work to be done and charge a sum to the common people as me. I had no option but to pay and get the work done because there is no other alternative left behind except to live to the dirt which no one would like to do so.
