We had approached Mr. Gangadhar,contact no 9480683709 in BBMP Victoria Layout office with in Nov to obtain Trade License and he demanded Rs 10000 initially. After much haggling, he agreed for Rs 3000 which we paid in cash. Again in Jan 2015 a representative came to office and asked to renew the license in Mar 2015 and pay the bribe along with stipulated charges.
