Paid Bribe of Rs.500 for Khata Transfer at Anekal Village Panchayat office at Anekal. The revenue officer was upfront in telling that khata extract will take Rs.500 for me. I had no option but to pay bribe as they wanted me to come back next week if I deny them the bribe.
