Paid bribe-Same on myself

I applied for Tatkal passport for which I would had required to get a letter from IPS/IAS/IFS officers or some government gazette official. So I approached my taluk Tahashildar to get the letter. Initially he said I will not provide any letter for Tatkal passport application process but after we went through the local leader, he agreed to give letter with some facilitating amount from our side. He demanded 2500 but with local leader we convinced him to give 1500 to get one official letter aid with his signature though we provided all necessary documents required for him to provide that letter. That day I really felt bad about the system we are in and blamed myself as been part of this system.
