Paid bribe for taking authorization.

Due to heavy rains on Saturday in mysore. we had power cut for 2 days when asked for electricity board people they said we cant help u need to dig the cables and replace those. we got some people and digged the road for replacement of cables.
A corporation van came and asked to pay 2000 rs but the person told us if u pay 1000 we will not issue any receipt and would not let the corporation people know.
