Tirupati temple in Tirumala boasts of being one of the richest temple in India.Very famous personalities have visited the temple in the past seeking blessing of Lord **********. But when I visited the temple few months ago, I felt ashamed as I was forced to pay bribe to jump the long queue and get in front,by a worker of the temple. This happened with my other friends also.
One more shameful thing happened there. One of our female colleague was physically molested in a crowd of almost 10,000 people. Since we did not knew who did this & the crowd was mostly local, we were unable to do anything. The police standing there is just a showpiece.
I have vowed NEVER to visit that temple again. Better be safe at home.
