In Ward 125 vijayanagar Banglaore i paid bribe to change the khatha transfer from my mother name to my name. I ward officer took 10000 as bribe from past 15 days the file was not moved after paying this amount he asked me to bring DD for Rs 500 apart from bribe. now he started to work on the file he is saying by Monday you will receive the documents.
