I was unable to seek ticket in a train as general quota had waiting and tatkal quota also got full. Hence had to board train on general ticket and asked TTE to make recipt of difference fare as seats were available in the train. He was asking for Rs.300 but after negotiation the deal ended at Rs.200 where in Rs.80 receipt was given by him for difference and Rs.120 as bribe.
