I paid Rs500 bribe to the village accountant for collecting my father's death certificate, "Because he demanded for it". I live in Beekanahally. I first try to visit him for 2 weeks, he was always unvailable. It was sad because he asked for the bribe in front of his chief revenue inspector and he let him do it :(. This is sad because I had all the proper documents submitted.
