Paid BSNL Line Men for Installing Phone and Broadband

I paid bribe twice to the BSNL Employees.. first Rs.100 on 23rd to the line man for installing phone and again on 25th March Rs.100 to one more person for installing device for Broadband. These people are so used in asking bribe, when I said NO they were saying we did all these things, so you should give us some amount to start our day.
