Irony, I paid official rs 1000, dept did not respond in time, went to dept showd me plans said will give copy unofficially if pay 5000, negotiated upto 2000, said unhappy for paying less dnt come again. Got the plans xerox outside office paid for that too. 8years old plans copy for loan and bank verification.
