I do not have a ration card. I needed a gas connection for 2 cylinders. I was asked to pay INR 9000.00 from GAS agency. I did not make any payment first, they asked me to get a ration card then. Getting a ration card was priced at INR 6000.00. I was buying a gas cylinder for INR 800. I paid 9000.00 to Gas Agency and get a new connection.
