I provided all my required documents. Of Course i am an Indian. I had bank accounts, Driving License, PAN Card, Telephone/Electricity/Water bill. All school/engineering mark sheets. Everything. But the officer asked me to pay 500Rs just to process the file. His words "Beta ab tum paise de doge to kaam tarike se ho jaega warna 1000 galtiyaan niklenge. Pareshan rahoge.." "Son if you want to get the things done easily pay this money otherwise there would be 1000 complications."
