I initially paid a bribe of Rs 500 per head (500*2=1000) for myself and my elder brother for issuance of learner's licence in the feb of 2010.
The concerned person had asked to appear only once before the authorities for taking the photo through web cam only.
Thereafter they issued me and my brother learner's licence.
after the expiry of which i was again contacted by the same person and he had promised to get both of us a card based pucca driving licence without any trial and personal appearance.
I paid the employee Rs 3000 per head (3000*2=6000) for the pucca licence.
Which i got in time of two weeks without any trial and appearance.
