I wanted to get Khata for the newly purchased property on Kanakapura Road, and the BBMP guy asked 50,000 to get the khata inspite of having all the relevant documents. This comes under Banashankari BBMP perview. I asked him why so much money, he said the money has to go to various people including BBMP commissioner and Revenue officers, ministers. This is the pathetic state of our country
