I took a franchiness of well know brand for business purpose.
they want me to give them the rent deed in proper registration mode from the registration authority of patiala. so while registation the higher official who was the signing authority at the time in secretariat office took extra 7000 Rs against 3000 Rs. I was really shocked at that time. i realised that they must be taking this thing on regular basis from all the general public, amounting into high level of money terms racket.
