Ever went to deputy registrar office?people suggest to go there for any work through touts.touts charge their own fees +separately to be paid to babus.I went myself and arranged all the documents and witnesses.yet I was asked to pay Rs.2000/- as bribe and Rs.100/- for documents' entry and Rs.100/- for peon for putting our thumb and finger prints on register.
