Hello...am a graduate ,i have applied for a residency certificate in revenue office ,but i didn't get it even though i have submitted all concerned Identity proofs.....they asked to pay ,at a moment i decided not to pay but with out paying them it may take several weeks ...i cant round around office for that so..i PAID ..200Rs ,Bcz i left with no ohoice
