I paid Rs 1000 to get my RC printed from Subhash Sharma from Room No 202, ETO Office, Sector 68 Mohali. My vat application file was cleared from AETC but they hung up on me saying they'll be needing bribe or they won't give my VAT registration certificate. So after a lot of bargaining he agreed on Rs 1000 to give my VAT Certificate.
