I was told by a BBMP employee that they had run out of paper and will not be able to issue a Death Certificate till one month. However, he could organize some paper from other district office, but will cost EXTRA and I could have the certificate within 5 days. I had to resort to this option as the bank will not allow my mother to transact any money in the absence of a death certificate......all the so called good karma.......we make money even on dead people.....yeh mera india...incredible india.....
