I had applied for a renewal of passport. Got the passport promptly. 2 young cops came for passport verification. They were polite, finished the process without much fuss. were very helpful also. Once done they asked me if i wished to pay any fee for their support. They said it was my choice. Fearful of what report they would go back and file, i paid Rs 200.
