Inspite of having all documents to apply for marriage certificate, i was forced to pay rs 1000 to apply for MC and another rs1000 was forced to pay to recieve cert after a month all by the marriage registrar Pune. Mockery on top of it is that the notice board just outside the registrar's office say marriage cert cost is rs50 and in case of person asking for bribe please report to registrat marriage office pune. I always wanted to complain but never new anti corruption local number. Hope this will now be taken care of.
